Navigation/Approach

See Leros.

Berthing

The attendant will assist in berthing and hand you the mooring line. Note that the marina is attended from 0830 to 2000 only. If all marina berths are taken, there is limited space for anchor mooring for a few yachts along the quay to the east of the marina office (avoiding the coastguard berth).

Marina facilities

  • Restaurant
  • Café - Bar
  • Laundry machine (uses tokens)
  • Showers (but poor ventilation in ladies' showers)
  • Free Wifi network
  • Parts can be ordered from the Agmar chandlery in Partheni

Repairs/Yard

The same company (Agmar) operates a complete shipyard in Partheni, 10 nm from Lakki.

Security

Attendants during the day.

Marina Location

The marina is a 5 minute walk from the center of Lakki.

Transport

See Leros.

Price

Current prices.

Personal experience

  • The marina is a good safe berth in this part of the Dodecanese, with water, electricity and free WiFi as well as a cafe and laundry facilities. The water pressure in the showers, previously so low that no more than two people could shower at the same time, appears to have improved a little since our last visit --Atheneoflymington 14:58, 23 August 2009 (UTC).
  • There are plans to increase the number of berths by installing 130 metres of new concrete pontoons (although such plans have been in place for several years and nothing has so far happened) --Athene of Lymington 06:05, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
