The marina of Portisco lies on the NE coast of Sardinia at the entrance of the Gulf of Cugnana, barely a mile W of the older marina development of Porto Rotondo. The marina is entered from due S between a long N-S breakwater and a dog-leg breakwater protecting the marina from S and E. It provides 589 berths for yachts of up to 90 metres and draft of up to 8.5 metres.
