This is a small marina within the larger harbor of Porto Grande (Mindelo).

Mindelo Marina is a port of entry/exit for Cape Verde. For details see Entrance: Cape Verde.
Berthing
The attendants will help you moor. There are laid moorings. The berths in the marina can be a bit "rolly", because there can be quite some swell in the bay (anchoring or mooring is maybe a good idea. It is still possible to use the facilities of the marina.)
