Berthing

The floating quays are in desperate need of repair/rebuild and there are not enough mooring lines for the number of berths. The breakwater is not adequate and a very uncomfortable swell comes into the marina with NW wind. Berth as far as possible from the entrance, if you can find a space.

  • Even with a windforce of 5 knots it is very bumpy at the visitors pontoon. The visitors pontoon is the first at the entrance. They use the first pontoon also to refuel big fast motoryachts with they are not so secure with filling the fuel, with as a result, spill of diesel fuel in the water, that gives NOT a nice smell.
Friendly helpfull harbormaster. 230 Volt and water included at the pontoons.
The Port Police will visit every yacht to show papers in the office --Funnygirl
