The marina of Porto Montenegro lies at the town of Tivat at the head of the gulf of the same name on the coast of [[Montenegro]], around two miles S of the entrance to the Gulf of Kotor further inland.  Formerly a naval shipyard named Arsenal, which fell into disuse after the Yugoslav Wars and the decline of the SFR Yugoslav Navy, the site was

The approach is easy. As you head E down Tivatski Zaliv (Gulf of Tivat) look for the huge crane painted with red and white horizontal stripes that marks the marina. When close to the marina keep an eye out for the pilings for the marina's expansion.  They are marked as isolated danger marks
