This template generates a link with tel: URI which allows to dial phone number straight out from a web page.
{{Tel link|+33 4 95 51 93 28}} creates a link: +33 4 95 51 93 28.
On a mobile phone this link if tapped calls a phone dialer with the phone number filled in. This also works a desktop PC if it has a phone application installed.
