I agree, James has just transferred the content of his website to the Wiki and I'll try to add some more meaningful content.  It really is an excellent and popular marina and haul out yard, so it is worth reporting on it properly.

We've just spent 4 months in Indonesia and we are now in Malaysia for an indefinite period.  I've got heaps of notes about various places, just need some time to write it up properly.  Slaving over a hot laptop isn't fun in this equatorial heat.

Welcome to CruisersWiki!

We all look forward to your valued contributions to the Cruising Wiki. Help it grow as a useful, free resource for all cruisers around the world.

Spend a little time reading the help pages (link in L/H menu) to gain a better understanding of the Wiki formatting and how to edit articles. Please add what you can - even correcting grammar and spelling errors in articles is a great help. The more you use the Wiki the easier (and more addictive) it becomes.

Also, please read the Cruiserswiki Copyrights notice, as well as the General Disclaimers (links at bottom of pages).

Again, welcome and have fun! Bring out that hidden "Cruising Guide writer" in you. Haiqu 05:25, 12 June 2011 (BST)

Contributions

Great work on the Wiki Peter - well done! Lighthouse 14:26, 24 August 2011 (BST)

Thanks Bob - I'm enjoying revisiting last years trip. Winter is coming to an end here in Hobart, so I expect to spend more time on the water and less on the PC from here on, but I've still got a lot I would like to contribute. Pedro

Seacruiser

Thank you Peter for your help in containing his damage.--Istioploos 3 September 2013 (BST)

Pangkor Marina

Peter, when you get a moment could I persuade you to edit the Pangkor Marina page to make it a bit less of a promotional puff for the owners and more like something you'd find in a pilot book? It reads like an advertisement as it is and unfortunately it tends to compromise the credibility of the Wiki when pages are as evidently biassed as this one is. Thanks.

Athene of Lymington

Hi Gordon

I agree, James has just transferred the content of his website to the Wiki and I'll try to add some more meaningful content. It really is an excellent and popular marina and haul out yard, so it is worth reporting on it properly.

We've just spent 4 months in Indonesia and we are now in Malaysia for an indefinite period. I've got heaps of notes about various places, just need some time to write it up properly. Slaving over a hot laptop isn't fun in this equatorial heat.
