The marina is owned by the municipality of Kos.

Communication

It is advisable to make advance reservations as the marina is usually fully booked especially during the summer months.

On approach hail the marina as "Kos Marina" on VHF channel 77.

Navigation

Enter the marina from the W, the approach is straightforward except for some possible surf.

Entrance

This marina is'nt any more a Greek port of entry/exit.

You will have to go to main Coast Guard office in town.

Berthing

An attendant will meet you with an inflatable at the marina entrance, lead you to your berth, and help you moor.

  • This marina is very well ran --Istioploos 14:02, 22 November 2008 (UTC).
  • Very Convenient Marina. Very helpful staff. Guy's in the Ribs that help with mooring are brilliant (has to be seen). As it is a charter base, space on weekend may be very difficult to find. --Speedbird July 2017.
