The Marina Fiera di Genova is situated immediately to starboard once inside the long detached breakwater, Digo Foranea, which protects the Porto Vecchio (Old Harbour) of Genoa. The marina provides a total of 305 berths on quays in an inner basin and on six pontoons in an outer basin protected by an L-shaped breakwater. The marina can accommodate yachts of up to 25 metres. During the Genoa Boat show in mid-October, the marina is totally filled with exhibitors’ products and there is no space for visiting yachts.

Navigation/Approach

The marina is situated adjacent to the site of the Expo 92 exhibition, the conspicuous buildings of which are now used for the annual Genoa Boat show each October. To reach the marina, leave the eastern end of the Digo Foranea to port and head NW. The marina entrance will be visible between two protecting breakwaters. The marina is entered from SW. Be alert to possible ship movements in and out of the Porto Vecchio, as it is used by several ferry lines.

Berthing

Berths in Marina Fiera di Genova are either in the inner basin on the quays or the outer basin on pontoons. Berthing assistance is available on request. There are no berths available during the Genoa Boat Show.
