The tiny marina of Nautica Boat Service is situated on the W bank of the river Piave near the town of Cortellazzo on the Adriatic coast of Italy. The river enters the sea eight miles NE of the entrance to Piave Vecchia and 16 miles NE of the Porto Lido entrance to the lagoon of Venice. The marina operates a boat hire service but also accommodates visiting yachts if it has space available (May to September only). It offers a total of 35 alongside berths for yachts up to 25 metres in depths of up to 6.0 metres (although the depths in the river entrance channel are the determining factor).

Try calling Nautica Boat Service on VHF channel 09 or 16. You will probably have better luck by telephoning or e-mailing in advance for berthing information and reservations.
The entrance to the river 
Piave [[Nautica Boat Service#Piave|Piave]] 45°31.680'N, 012°43.685'E is on the Adriatic coast of Italy, eight miles NE of Piave Vecchia and 16 from the Porto Lido entrance to the lagoon of Venice. The entrance is prone to silting and depths can be as little as 1.5 metres at low water. An entry should only be attempted close to high water and on a rising tide. The deepest water is indicated by a fairway marker buoy and marker posts leading into the river. Enter in the middle of the channel, keeping at least 10 metres off the posts. Entry should not be attempted in strong onshore winds. The marina of Nautica Boat Service is situated on the left bank of the river 500 metres upstream from the entrance. The larger Marina di Cortellazzo is a further 500 metres upstream.
