Palma is the major city and capital city of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands in Spain. It is situated on the south coast of the island Majorca on the Bay of Palma.

The Port Authority
The Port Authority [[Palma#The Port Authority|The Port Authority]] (Junta del Puerto) 39°33.844'N, 002°38.202'E There some spaces for visiting yachts on the main quay. You have tto anchor and moor stern-to. Fees are collected.

There are approximately 6 different marinas or yacht clubs within the Port of Palma. Berthing is med style, stern to with bowlines provided by the marinas. The port is also home to STP, a very large shipbuilder. Virtually all nature of repairs or refurbishments are available to yachts of all sizes.

A large marin that claims to be "one of most consolidated private marinas in our island". Has visitor's berths. Full facilities, fuel, showers, toilets, laundry, WiFi. Botyard with crane (5T) and repair services. Restaurant, bar, medical facilities, shops, and swimming pool.

Marina Port de Mallorca

It was refurbished in 2017. 24/7 security. Water, electricity, showers, toilets, laundry, WiFi, The best restaurants, discos, fashion boutiques, casinos, gyms, swimming pools, hotels, supermarkets and chandlers are a step away from your berth.

Marina Palma
Marina Palma Quarantine has 70 moorings, max length 60 m, draft 4-6 m. 24 hr security. Water, electricity, toilets, showers, WiFi, selective garbage collection. It has a complete offer of complementary services repair and maintenance of boats through the group's dry docks.

Marina Pantalan del Mediterraneo

Provisioning
- A large Mercadona supermercado is located on Aveneda Joan Miro above Marina Port de Mallorca
- A Carrefour is located in the Porto Pi shopping Centre at the West end of the port. Porto Pi has all variety of stores
- Santa Catalina Market is located off the Aveneda Argentina, not too far from the Port. This farmer's market type market offers excellent meat, fish, produce, and an interesting insight into the culture
Eating out
There are literally hundreds of restaurants close to the Port to suit every taste and budget
Transportation
- Taxis are abundant. Rates are fixed. Cues exist around the city but cars may also be flagged down. The marina offices will call a taxi for you
- City buses are frequent and reliable
- The Port of Palma is only about 20 minutes from the Palma Airport which offers flights all over Europe
- Bicycle rentals are available on the Paseo Maritim
- The Port of Palma is located in the heart of the city allowing much to be seen & accomplished on foot
