Raffles Marina is a recognised entry and exit point for yachts entering and departing Singapore, with Immigration & Customs (as a combined function in Singapore) done at the Marina itself. Boats arriving or departing, should give the Dockmaster’s Office at least six hours notice, together with the full Crew & Passenger Lists (if any) of the vessel.

The Dockmaster’s Office can also now process PORT CLEARANCE electronically for entry & departure from Singapore Port.

The fees associated for each service are as follows (Dec '07):

Immigration & Customs: SGD 63 per session (can be shared amongst boats using the same session)
Electronic Port Clearance: SGD 10.50 per clearance (per boat)
Service available during office hours, 0800 – 2000, 7 days a week.

Entry into Singapore TIPS: Visiting Crews generally receive a two week crew visa on arrival by sea into Singapore (some nationalities may receive a one month visa). This visa may be extended to a total of 44 days stay. A vessel’s crew, and passengers, are entered into two separate entry lists: Crew List, and Passenger List respectively. Those aboard who wish to depart Singapore by AIR are advised to enter Singapore as a Passenger, entered on the Passenger List. For more information, please the dockmaster’s office at Raffles Marina.
