COMMENTS on Marinturk Istanbul City Port

This is the same marina as Pendik Marina. It is now run by MarinTurk.
It is on the South (Asian) side of the Bosphorus (not North and heading says)
Planes land in close-by International airport. They fly low over the marina every 5 minutes from 0500 to after midnight
Alcohol in limited supply in supermarkets and restaurants
Only allows Stern-to and will bounce your boat if you try to put in bow-to - with damage if that happens.NOT RECOMMENDED.
