At least some of the nautical charts do not have bathymetry for the Venice lagoon. Some time ago I have prepared a quite rough "calibration" (kml file) for some of these charts from the portal. So, if there is any interest in them we'd discuss how to share them, perhaps via some forum. I have also a tile set (google/OSM - compatible) created from these data, so presumably it can be used in some mapping application. --Vadp 18:05, 21 January 2015 (GMT)
WMS maps/charts
Perhaps it's a bit of overkill, but...
This page http://www.atlantedellalaguna.it/?q=node/19, has a reference to the Web Map Service (WMS) [1]. Among the other layers it has a hydrographic chart (as of 2003) of the lagune (carte_storiche:carta_storica_2003).
I recall some Android app is able displaying data from WMS, by YMMV -- Vadp 19:16, 21 January 2015 (GMT)
