Approach and Navigation

The entire marina and inlets are being dredged randomly. It is advised to closely follow the markers, keeping an eye on your depth sounder.

Check-in facilities

The old transient dock was half washed away and it is attached to piers yet unconnected to shore. Transient moorage is currently, as of September 2009, on the "Working Dock." There is power and water available on the working dock. The harbormaster is not in on the weekends or nights but they have a security person who can collect fees. Showers are free, but there is only one, and you must ask the harbormaster to unlock it for you when you want to use it.

• There is a marine supply store a short walk from the marina, reasonably priced and offering a wide array of fishing and rigging supplies. The employees there are very helpful, especially when it comes to fishing advice.
