where PAGENAME is the name of the page and the link points to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PAGENAME
With 1 parameter:

will produce:
PAGENAME at the Wikipedia
where the link points to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vathy,_Samos
With 2 parameters:
