My wife Caroline and I took up sailing about 10 years ago - stimulated by a health crisis which left us asking 'what is important in our lives'. We spent a year cruising the Western Australian coast (our home waters) in 2003. After a few years back at work we purchased Billabong in Turkey in 2009 and are cruising the Mediterranean and adjacent water bodies during northern hemisphere summers.
