Islands
Simple, easy approach by day or night to town of Kralendijk from the SW. Deep close to shore, very clear water. You should simply grab a mooring in front of the the main street. The cost is US$10 per day and must be paid in advance at the marina which is located about 1 km to the N.
Entrance
Arrival
Customs and Immigration are located in the same office which is about 200 m south of the main dinghy dock. Entry is free. All people must be physically present so that Immigration can do a headcount. They consider flare guns and spear guns to be weapons and will hold them temporarily while you are in the country. Overall they are very friendly and efficient.
BTW, this is a most impressive dinghy dock with full bar and restaurant facilities. It is called Karel's Bar and is free, if you buy a few drinks at the bar. You can also go straight to the immigration office and dock your dinghy there. There are marks where only official boats are allowed, but there is usually still enough place beside it to dock the dinghy.

Transportation
Transportation - there is an airport with regular flights to the other ABC-Islands, Europe (in particular the Netherlands) and to US. In Kralendijk alsmost everything is within walking distance. It can be nice to rent a scooter to discover the rest of the Island, but to go to the Washington Slagbaai National Park you will need a robust car (not all rental cars are allowed to go there!)
