Deganwy Marina is situated in the picturesque Conwy River in the beautiful Snowdonia region of N.Wales. It overlooks the historic town of Conwy with its 13th century Conwy Castle.

Entrance is via the Conwy Approach channel marked by the fairway buoy, red and white, at 53°17.95′N, 03°55.55′W. Then follow the well buoyed channel to enter the Conwy river. After passing the entrance to Conwy Marina on the starboard side proceed to the port hand buoyed approach channel to Deganwy Marina on the port side of the river. Deganwy marina operates a flap gate which opens approximately 2.5 to 3 hours either side of High Water. Beware: the Conwy river is tidal and streams run at 6 knots on springs and sometimes mooring buoys are covered by the flowing water and are particularly difficult to spot when approaching in the dark. Deganwy Marina breakwater groyne is marked by 3 yellow buoys - Keep Clear. Conwy Approach Channel Diagrams are available free of charge at the Harbour Office, Conwy.
Berthing
The marina operates a small tender and staff are happy to assist with berthing.

165 fully serviced pontoon berths
- Staff on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Gasoil (red diesel - not for road use) and petrol available on the fuel pontoon
- Toilets, showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities in marina building
- Water and electricity supply available on all pontoons

- The exclusive Quay Hotel is next to the marina with restaurant, bar and spa facilities and offers a discount card to Deganwy Quays Marina berth holders
- A holding tank pump out facility is available on the fuel pontoon

- RYA registered Sea School 'North Wales Power & Sail' operate from the site

Location
There is a hotel on the marina with resturant and bar. The marina is close to shops, pubs, restaurants and other facilities in the town of Deganwy 1/4 mile away.
Transportation
Railway Station and Bus service to the local area. The Deganwy railway station is adjacent to the Marina and is one stop from Llandudno town to the north and one stop to Llandudno Junction to the south. Llandudno Junction is a mainline station that connects to London and Holyhead.
