Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet on the eastern coast of Whitsunday Island. Whitsunday Island is to the right and Haslewood Island is to the left. Solway Passage lies in the centre of the picture. The beach is stunning white sand.
Note that tidal flows through the narrow Solway Passage can make it quite uncomfortable and even dangerous.
