Nanaimo /nəˈnaɪmoʊ/ (Canada 2016 Census population 90,504) is a city on the east coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. It is the second largest city on the island and has the second biggest harbour.

Water, electricity (metered), toilets, showers, laundry (tokens). 24-hour surveillance system, the docks are well lit and secure with locking gates and a FOB system. 60-Ton Capacity Marine travel-lift, repairs (by outside contractors).

Marina in the heart of Nanaimo. All facilities, fuel barge, pumpout facility, crane, shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Ferry services to Vancouver. Customs port-of-entry easily accessible on the E-Dock (inner basin) right next to the fuel barge. Bus and taxi service located nearby.
