Rize is a fairly large commercial harbor about 60 nM west of the border between Turkey and Georgia. It is a port of entry. Rize is built on the site of ancient Rhizaion (Ριζαίον).

You can anchor off inside the harbor or you can moor side-to the southeast quay.
