Entrance
Sochi is a port of entry to Russia. Upon arrival you should first moor (either Med or alongside) at the customs dock where you will be met by the authorities and/or your agent. The crew should not attempt to disembark before all the formalities are completed. This applies whether or not you are entering Russia for the first time or coming from another Russian port.
Notify the authorities one day before your intending departure. They will come to the boat, more or less, at the declared time to clear you.
For entrance details see Russia.
