- Staff on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Gasoil (red diesel - not for road use) and petrol available on the fuel pontoon
- Toilets, showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities in marina building
- Water and electricity supply available on all pontoons
- Free car parking is available on site.
- The Mulberry Pub is next to the marina with bar and food
- A holding tank pump out facility is available on the fuel pontoon
- Quay Marine Sales selling new and used boats and Network Yacht Chandlers are both on site
- All marine services are available locally
- A general store, The Mulberry Stores, also operates from the marina
