Pierce inlet.  For US vessels returning from outside the US, having a US Customs Decal when you call customs gives you 24 hours to show up in their offices, whereas otherwise you must report immediately and purchase the decal.  Foreign yachts must report immediately to Customs, having given advance notice prior to making landfall as per current regulations.
