This template was designed to simplify creation of a new article page from an article's template.
Typically an article's template should look like this:

{{PAGENAME}}/Preload
Then the real content which is to be included needs to be put into Template:{{PAGENAME}}/Preload.
For example see User:Vadp/Template_Port.
