Shelter is moderate to good in settled weather but a swell creeps in with any strong winds. Ulcinj bay is completely open S and any strong winds from that direction make it untenable. Ulcinj is not a port of entry, so tends to be visited only by yachts heading S to Albania. | |

Ulcinj (Montenegrin: Ulcinj/Улцињ, pronounced (ǔlt͡siɲ); Albanian: Ulqin or Ulqini; Italian: Dulcigno) is a coastal resort town and municipality in Montenegro.
