There are a couple of inlets just downhill from the small settlement of Dragove. Dragove lies approx. two miles SSE of the harbour of Bozava on the NE coast of the island of Dugi Otok in Croatia, and 14 miles due W from Zadar.
In the N inlet there is a quay which can be used by a visiting yacht and offers good shelter in all but strong N winds.
Some 500 metres to the W there is another inlet with an abandoned submarine pen -- a former naval dock -- which can be visited on foot or by tender. To the SE of the village in another inlet there is another one.

There are no dangers in the immediate approach to U. Dumboka. The settlement and its quay are on the E side of the inlet
Entrance
None. Bozava is the closest seasonal port of entry. The nearest year-round port of entry is Zadar.
Berthing
There are some houses and quay at the U. Dumboka.
u. Dumboka, quay [[Dragove#u. Dumboka, quay|u. Dumboka, quay]] 44°07.177'N, 014°56.068'E Visiting yachts moor alongside the quay on the SW side of this arm. Depths here are 6.0 - 8.0 metres. Shelter here is good in all but strong N or NW winds, when Bozava offers better shelter. There are no facilities there.
Alternatively it is possible to moor at the quays right at the entrances at both of the submarine pens. Note: Generally each of them could accommodate a couple of yachts, but beware if you find some sunken boats there. Also there are reports of rats there.

- u. Bukašin, submarine pen [[Dragove#u. Bukašin, submarine pen|u. Bukašin, submarine pen]] 44°06.622'N, 014°56.442'E at the W side of the inlet.
Anchorages
A quite good anchorage can be found at U. Bukašin. Anchor in depths of 2-8 m there.
It is possible to anchor off the quay and the submarine pen in U. Dumboka and U. Paprenica. Depths, however, are in excess of 12 metres and it is best used as a day anchorage only.
