The fixed bridge has an 88' clearance. The Noyo River Basin marina is full of fishing boats, old, and poorly labeled, but a very scenic little haven in Fort Bragg. The Harbormaster does not monitor 16 regularly. It's best to call via cell or park temporarily and walk up. They are not available on the weekend.

There is internet at Dolphin Island marina, a one mile walk east of the Noyo Marina. Breakfast, lunch, and beer can be purchased here as well. Just up the hill there is a large grocery store, a laundromat, and auto parts store. Here you can also catch the Mendocino Transit Authority bus into downtown Fort Bragg, where there are all the usual stores
