I have made several changes to this page:

1. I replaced the the interactive on-line Google Map with a static annotated image from Google Earth. This has several advantages:
   1. it shows nautical miles
   2. it shows major navigational lights and their characteristics
   3. you do not have to be on-line to see it
   4. it does not disappear by inadvertently moving your scrolling with your mouse
2. I changed several names to correspond to both nautical charts, cruising guides, and to local usage
3. updated all the headings to conform with the templates
