I suggest that we change "noicon" to "icon" and then use "no" instead of "yes". That should be less confusing. Same for "nocoord". --Istioploos 22:49, 25 March 2015 (GMT)

Sorry, but this is not possible with the current version of Mediawiki (1.16). In the essence it is not possible differentiate between "yes" and "no" of a template parameter. It's only possible to check if a parameter has a value (whatever) or not. So I'm cheating here a little: noicon=yes and noicon=no both will have the same effect -- no icon rendered. Which may have some unexpected effects for a curious user! -- Vadp 16:35, 26 March 2015 (GMT)
