My favourite quote is “Stay hungry, stay foolish” – Steve Jobs, and I’d like to think this applies to my own motivation in striving to improve and expand our business and services year upon year. Growing up in a hospitality environment has given me a wonderful insight in to not only what our guests love but also what more we can do to keep our guests coming back year after year. After studying Business Management at Patras and then completing my national service, I focused my ability and skills on my family business and am extremely proud of what myself and my team have accomplished to date.
