Born in Gijón (Spain) (08/05/1959) Bachelor of Chemist at the University Complutense of Madrid (1982). Was admitted in the Naval College of Marin (1983). Along 15 years operates as Spanish Navy Officer and specializes in Hydrography and Oceanography. He has participated in several sailing cruise. Organizer of the expedition under sail to Antarctica "Santa Maria Australis 2010-2011". He is the founder of the new Yacting Club Bahía de Ribadesella(2012). He owns a sailboat of 34 feet, becoming the first floating camp the northern coast of Spain. Currently studying in the High School of Merchant Marine of Gijón.
