Captain Andy Scott is a United States Coast Guard licensed 100 Ton Master of sail, steam and power. For the last 10 years Andy has been permanently based in Indonesia and has been working as Skipper for private as well as chartered sailing vessels. Having successfully skippered both Indonesian flagged and foreign flagged ships across the country, and with a fluency in the local languages and formalities, Andy is uniquely positioned to offer port to port advice throughout the Indonesian archipelago.
