I grew up sailing in the San Diego area. Youth years were spent cruising in the summers with my parents, and racing dinghies around the country. In college I began the transition to keelboats, both large and small. I have worked in the marine industry for many years, as a rigger, skipper, delivery captain, sailing coach/instructor, and team manager. I am currently the President of the J World Performance Sailing School and Club bases in San Francisco Bay and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
