Approach
As of late April 2009, the approaches to Clifton are all well-buoyed and in any case the reefs are obvious. Doyles, a popular 'cruising guide' reads like epic feats of eyeball navigation are required, but for anybody with an ounce of common sense, approaching in daylight, the dangers are all obvious and present no problems.
