The port and its environment are facilitated through the rail and buses network connecting it to big cities like Barcelona or to other smaller but active and near ones like Mataró, through the commuter trains network RENFE. Regarding its communications, the port enjoys the following facilities: the distance to the International Airport of Barcelona is reduced to 45 minutes of travel, Gerona is only 55 minutes by highway, and the Aeroclub of Sabadell is only 20 minutes away as well.
