More notes about the marina |
General
Port Göcek marina lies on the east side of the village itself. It is now operated by Camper & Nicholsons and is one of the most upmarket and luxurious in Turkey. It has prices to match.
Communication
Contact Port Göcek on VHF channel 73 five minutes before arrival.
Approach is without any difficulties. The channel is marked by port and starboard buoys.
Berthing
Marina staff will assist with berthing and handle your mooring lines. Shleter is good here; the wavebreak pontoon takes most of the sting out of the occasional strong southerlies.

- Lockers
- Medical services
- Buggies for ‘round the marina’ transfers

Security
7/24.
Location
The marina is five minutes from the village and 22 km from Dalaman International Airport.
Transportation
Good road access to Dalaman and Fethiye.
Price
Typical price for 13m yacht Turkish lire 130 per night (June 2010). See for current rates.

- One of Turkey’s most expensive and luxurious marinas. The air-conditioned toilet and shower block has to be experienced to be believed! --Athene of Lymington 15:17, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
