Averisera is an Aphrodite 101 presently located on Cape Cod. I have sailed the boat for 7 years in the New England region, mostly based in Boston, MA. My preference is double handed cruising and racing with my wife, an accomplished sailor. Sailing experience goes way back into the 50s on Pleasant Bay, Cape Cod, a two year cruise with family to Bahamas and Florida in the early 60s. Then, lots of small boat sailing in the Biscayne Bay and Florida Keys, also with family. Adult sailing started in earnest with a two year stint working on big charter yachts in the Caribbean and New England followed by twenty years of racing on Long Island Sound and New England waters. A dozen trips from New England to Caribbean, two trans-Pacific voyages under sail. I have taught sailing in the Caribbean, Chesapeake, and New England. I have raced in many circuits from the Caribbean to Maine. I love to sail.
