I am 58 years old, a professional engineer and a business owner in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. I have a 32 ft sloop, C & C 32 which I sail in eastern Newfoundland (Conception Bay and Trinity Bay). We have a short sailing season but our coasts and seas are wild and awesome, and very scenic. Our marine conditions are not necessarily easy, but still very rewarding. I love sailing, cruising, and the ocean.
