Cruised the Caribbean for 7 years in the 80s, moved ashore for 12 years to do the kids-mortgage-job-PTA thing, then took the kids (then 12 & 15) cruising in 2001 on Ocelot, our Wauquiez Kronos 45' catamaran & we've been cruising ever since. Started in the Eastern Caribbean, Panama, French Polynesia, Tonga, Fiji, New Cal, Aus, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Chagos, Seychelles, Madagascar, Mozambique, & South Africa in 2007, getting within 1000 miles of closing our loop. In 2009 we sailed back to SE Asia & we've been rattling around here ever since. In late 2011 we hauled out for a major refit in Thailand & got badly ripped off by our contractor, which we're still trying to recover from. We have been SSCA Commodores since 1983.
