Retired British engineer living in Palawan Philippines,sailed cruising sail boats in my twenties and thirties until divorce changed that, learnt windsufing while working in the middle east, retired to Philippines with my Filipno wife (who recently passed away) now all my attention is on building a 27ft catamaran, with a view to exploring some of the 1700 islands in my province.
