We live-aboard in Greece & Turkey and winter every year on Crete (Agios Nikolaos). We know Crete very well having spent 7 winters and two summers there, I have written a yachtsman's pilot for Crete, it's a pdf, it's free, and it can be downloaded from http://dl.dropbox.com/u/25934908/Crete%20Pilot.pdf. It's regularly updated, pretty comprehensive and it covers the whole island.
