Ayvalik Marina

The Setur company, a member of the Koç banking group, has transformed the old modest yacht harbor into an impressive marina. But being a small marina, it may be advisable to notify them in advance of your arrival.

Communication

Before entry hail the marina in the VHF channel 73 as "Setur marina" or by phone at +90 266 312 26 96.

Entrance

If you are entering or exiting Turkey in Ayvalik, it is best to let the marina handle the formalities. Part of the marina fee covers the service of doing all the leg work for obtaining a transit log. Please note, that US passports need a visa which in 1998 cost $45. EU citizens do not require a visa. Both visa and transit log fees are expected to be paid in foreign currency i.e. USD or €.

Berthing

An attendant with an inflatable meets an approaching yacht and directs her to a berth.
