This template is to be used for countries that consist of a single small island or a small group of islands. For example, many islands in the Caribbean or island countries like Malta, Cape Verde, etc. It is NOT for non-island or large island countries, States, Territories & Provinces like France, Australia, California, Queensland, etc. NOR is it for islands that belong to a country, such as Sardinia (Italy), Samos (Greece), Tahiti (French Polynesia), etc. For these use the either CountryTemplate or Island Template.
