Middle Africa
The west coast countries reaching from Angola in the south to Cameroon in the Gulf of Guinea and some of the landlocked counties beyond them are part of the UN Geoscheme region defined as Middle Africa.
Two of these countries don't show up well on the adjacent map. Equatorial Guinea is the unlabeled yellow section near Gabon, while Sao Tome and Principe are small islands off the coast.
