There are no hazards between the north-west side of Nisis Agios Pavlos (the bunkering island) and the mainland, neither are there any hazards between the western side of Nisis Agios Pavlos and the mainland.
The tanks on Nisis Agios Pavlos are conspicuous from some distance.

The large bay is mostly sand, sloping gently to the beach. The southern end is more stony. There are undersea pipelines running from Nisis Agios Pavlos (the bunkering island) to the small bay in the north. You must not anchor in the vicinity of these pipelines, the buoys shown on my charts were not there is 2007 or 2012.
The bottom of the sandy bay is littered with old warps (thick) and large chains, it is important to look before dropping anchor.
