Visiting yachts are angrily whistled and shouted at should they attempt to moor up in the charter company areas.  A floating pontoon, at the end of the concrete jetty separating the yachts and fishing vessels, has both water and electricity, is available at a moderate charge of about 18 euro a day, operated by the 'port authorities'. If you find an empty berth in the yacht section that is not part of a charterer concession, take it, otherwise ask any of the charter companies if you can temporarily use one of their berths.
