Marina Punat lies on the E side of a large, virtually landlocked inlet two mile E of [[Krk Town]] on the island of [[Krk]] in [[Croatia]].  The marina offers a total of 800 berths for yachts up to 45 metres in depths up to 3.0 metres and 400 places ashore for overwintering.  Shelter in the marina is excellent in all conditions.

Marina Punat lies on the E side of a large, virtually landlocked inlet two mile E of Krk Town on the island of Krk in Croatia. The marina offers a total of 800 berths for yachts up to 45 metres in depths up to 3.0 metres and 400 places ashore for overwintering. Shelter in the marina is excellent in all conditions.

Navigation

The narrow entrance to the inlet lies around two miles E of Krk Town. The channel is clearly marked with red and green painted beacons (the starboard ones are lit). Depths in the channel are only 2.5 - 3.0 metres and entry is inadvisable in strong winds or anything that raises a swell. Once through the entrance, the marina is clearly visible on the E side of the inlet, opposite a small wooded islet.
