Rodney Bay is a large bay on the NW of the St Lucia island. There are many off-shore anchoring possibilities but just off Pigeon Island (Template:Coord legacy), is a park and it is the quietest anchorage because the park closes in the evening. There is a good restaurant ashore run by an expatriate British lady.
At the easternmost end of the bay there is a narrow inlet which leads into a lagoon. At the E end of the lagoon is the Rodney Bay Marina.

Rodney Bay is a port of entry to St Lucia. You can do all the formalities at the Rodney Bay Marina.
